Latest Victim:  Erik “El Terribe” Morales of Tijuana, Mexico.  It was a terrible loss for the 3-time world champ.  It was his first loss via knockout.  Even the legendary Marco Antonio Barrera could not bring him down in three tries.  Morales beat Pacman the first time, but the Pacman was not to be denied in their 2nd encounter.  Morales could not put down the Pacman in Match 1, but Pacman needed only 10 rounds to dispose of the classy and scientific Morales.

He calls himself “The Avoided One” because Pacman allegedly tried to evade him after a controversial draw in their only meeting.  But the whole world was the biggest witness to the escape of former Mexican Champ Juan Manuel Marquez.  He kissed the canvass three times in Round 1 of their match, a proof of Pacman’s magnificent power.  Manny Pacquiao was robbed of this victory.  One judge admitted it.

Marco Antonio Barrera, probably the greatest Mexican boxer since Julio Cesar Chaves, is trying all means just to get back at Pacman.  The worst loss in his excellent record was registered by a sensational 11th round TKO.  Nobody ever believed Barrera could be hit by so many shots and with so much power from an upstart and relatively unknown Pacman.  That fight was the beginning of Manny Pacquiao’s rise to stardom and Marco Antonio Barrera’s sidelining.
