The Solid Rock Bible Congregation (SRBC) based at 151 Samat, Bugallon, Pangasinan has been dreaming of opening a ministry in Pangasinan’s premiere city, Dagupan City.

During the pastorate of Rev. Jun Panlilio, the church embarked on realizing the dream but due to some unavoidable factors, the dream was not realized.

Now, with the G12 Vision of Solid Rock, that dream is currently brewing to its realization.  To date, there are three cell groups currently operating in the City, two at the University of Pangasinan and one at the Colegio de Dagupan (formerly Computronix College).

In the University of Pangasinan, the two cell groups are both homogeneous, one for females and the other one for males.  In the Colegio de Dagupan, the cell group is heterogeneous but will soon be split into homogeneous cell groups.

The cells in U-Pang had their first step already at harvest and will soon consolidate a number of other potential cell groups possibly in the next two weeks.  By the start of second semester, the groups shall have been regularly meeting in a miniature church.  The possible location is an apartment near the Nepo Mall.
