The July 17-19 Encounter for the EGR Pangasinan Network has been postponed indefinitely.
The reason is the small number of delegates who confirmed their attendance. Also the Encounter of the Solid Rock Bible Congregation (SRBC) has been rescheduled to probably the last week of August to accommodate more delegates coming from the cell groups of the church’s cell leaders.
One of the new developments is to have an Encounter exclusively for students in Dagupan City and who are being handled by cell leaders of the church. The plan is hopefully going to push through before the year ends.

It was a Macro-Encounter last May, but this time it is an Encounter God Retreat for those who missed the Macro-Encounter. The 3-day Encounter is scheduled from July 17 to 19, 2008. Venue is the Villa Narcisa Vinoya Resort in Labrador, Pangasinan
A larger contingent is expected to register this time around because there were brethren who missed the Macro.
This Encounter is to be handled by Solid Rock Bible Congregation G12 cell leaders led by Rev. Charlie Loranza and his wife Marites.
The planned format would be to separate the men from the women to ensure a homogeneous encounter for both sexes. It’s like having two Encounters at the same time.
For more information and registration, please contact Rev. Charlie Loranza at mobile no. 09203290415.
Below are some pictures of the staff during their incubation yesterday at the SRBC worship area.

It was a cloudy Sunday afternoon. The sky seemed to pour down its rain and bathe the celebration. But days before the celebration, the church had been praying for fair atmosphere in the afternoon of June 29, 2008. The celebration started on time at 3:00pm, and was finished just in time for the all those who came to enjoy. The rain did not pour down. Thank God.
That is just one of the evidences of God’s faithfulness to the Solid Rock Bible Congregation (SRBC) which has seen countless other evidences of God’s grace and love for the last 31 years.
We expected about 500 to attend the celebration and the record showed 480 warm bodies that trooped the SRBC compound to witness one of the church’s unusual celebrations.
There was singing. There was drama. There was circus show. There was a raffle draw. Of course, there was God’s movement through the message that was preached by Rev. Raffy Panlilio, Executive Director of the FIFCOP Mission.
All in all, the celebration was a resounding success. To God be the glory.
