The days were Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 22-23, 2008.  There were originally more than 30 registered delegates but only 27 showed up to experience one of the most unforgetable experiences in life.

Those 27 ladies went through a three-day incubation with the Lord.  They started their “encounter” with the Lord Friday afternoon and they were never the same again when Sunday came.  They were handled by women like them and were treated with many experiences which only women would undergo.  It was really an Encounter God Retreat for women.

In the graduation which was held as a special worship service at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, the 27 women testified in front of more than 100 that the Encounter God Retreat (EGR) for women was nothing short of wonderful.

The first scheduled Encounter was indefinitely postponed but this time the Solid Rock Bible Congregation (SRBC) has decided on conducting an Encounter God Retreat (EGR) exclusively for women.

The schedule is August 22-24, 2008 at the SRBC church building.  Expected to sign up as delegates are members of cell groups handled by cell leaders of the church. 

Also, other women from other churches are willing to join the SRBC Women’s Encounter.
